Full Description:: Our home is in the beautiful Lindfields area of Kissimmee. We have a wonderful pool with a recently extended pool deck which gets sun through most of the day as we have no two-storey homes around to block the sun.
The lounge is well furnished with two large sofas and a huge comfortable chair, coffee table, side tables and lamps, TV & DVD, smalll library of books and a dining area for formal dining.
There are three bedrooms, the Master which has a King size bed has an ensuite bathroom with a double wash basins and a large walk-in closet. It also has a TV/Video/DVD and a comfortable rocking/swivel chair for those who like to escape from everyone else for a quiet time. The other two bedrooms, a double with Queen size bed and a twin bedroom, share the second bathroom which also has a shower. Both bedrooms have TV/DVD. Both bathrooms are provided with hairdryers and towels and alll linens are also provided.
The lounge and all three bedrooms have ceiling fans to supplement the air-conditioning for extra comfort.
The kitchen is fullly equipped with range, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle alll crockery, pots and pans etc. etc. There is a lovely breakfasting area in the kitchen set in the bay window which overlooks the colourful front yard.
A washer and dryer and iron and ironing board are provided and can be found in the cupboard in the garage.
The pool area has a covered lanai with a fan to keep you cool when it is too hot to sit in the direct sun. Comfortable padded loungers, small side tables, dining table and chairs and a gas BBQ. The pool itself is oversized (30 x 15) and is fully screened from the bugs. It is a pleasant area to sit in as it is surrounded by flowering bushes and young fruit trees and being fullly fenced, affords complete privacy. Why rent a condo and have to share a pool when you can have your own private pool right outside your own patio door.
As we spend a lot of time in our home ourselves, our guests benefit from the extras which we have added for our own comfort. Because of our extended usage it is particularly suitable for long term rental due to the extra cooking utensils etc. provided. More than are usually found in arental home.
We also provide a crib, highchair and stroller for the use of our guests.
All rates are subject to change but once a deposit is paid that price will prevail.
ALL TELEPHONE CALLS ARE COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE(with the exception of UK Mobiles which will be billed), this includes local, long distance and international. We also have wireless internet access if you wish to bring a laptop with you.
