bedroom/3 bathroom villa on the award winning Southern Dunes Golf
and Country Club. A perfect location for family and friends to chill
out by the pool or explore Disney which is 20 minutes away.
Our home is bright and spacious; it is fully furnished to a high
standard and is air conditioned throughout.
| Full Description: *The private pool faces South West and the pool deck will have sun
until sunset, the covered porch with table and chairs allows for
shade.
*The large sundeck area has padded sun beds for relaxing. At night
the pool can be lit up, great for a late night swim.
*Solar heating for the pool is free, additional electric heating is
available for a fee.
Features of the villa are:
*1st floor King master bedroom with ceiling fan.
*2nd floor Queen and 2 twin bedrooms
*All bedrooms have cable TV, DVD players,clock radio, wardrobe
closets, dressers, night stands and lamps.
*3 bathrooms include:
*Master with corner tub, separate shower, vanity sink and a dressing
room.
*Family bathroom on 2nd floor with full bath and overhead shower and
a vanity sink.
*The shower room with vanity sink is on the 1st floor.
*The main family room is the central area of the house with 3 sofas,
tables and lamps. For your entertainment we have cable TV, DVD
player, Play Station 2, books and board games.
*Free High Speed Wireless Internet access is provided, just bring
along your own laptop computer.
*A separate sitting room has a CD player if you just want to relax
and chill, this leads on to our formal dining room with seating foe
six people.
*A fully fitted kitchen that has a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice
maker and filtered water, ceramic top stove/oven, built in
microwave, coffee maker, toaster, smoothie maker, glasses and
flatware.
*If you just want a quick snack we have a breakfast nook area with
table and chairs for four people that overlooks the pool area.
*We have our own games room with a full size Air Hockey table and a
7ft Pool table.
*We have a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and
ironing board.

from the main attractions of Disney.
Southern Dunes is a public golf course with a clubhouse bar and
restaurant which is open to guests staying at the villa.
The resort has 3 communal swimming pools, tennis courts, children’s
play area and a fishing lake.
Within a stroll from the villa just outside the community gates is a
24hr Super Wal-Mart, gas station, bank and small outlet stores.
Across the street there are fast food outlets, varied restaurants
and a small plaza with Blockbuster video, Dairy Queen and more.
