This is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool in Lindfields, Kissimmee, Orlando within 10 minutes drive of Disney World and close to all of Central Florida's attractions. Spaciously appointed, air conditioned and well equipped. Separate living, dining and family areas give ample room to spread out and relax. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and all utensils. The laundry room has a washing machine and tumble drier. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and ample wardrobe space. The other three bedrooms are all of double size. A sofa-bed is also available in the family room. Ample linen and towels (including those for pool use) are supplied. The larger than average pool and surrounding patio area are screened to keep any irritating insects at bay, thus allowing you to get on with the task of sunbathing and relaxing. The double garage has been converted into a fully functional games room, for foosball, table tennis and pool.
| Full Description: You enter the villa into the huge living area. With high-vaulted ceilings, the large open plan living area has two dining and two living areas, situated around an open plan kitchen, equipped with everything you could possibly need. Relax in the family lounge overlooking the swimming pool and watch the large multi-channel cable TV or lounge in the second living area and listen to your favourite music. The spacious master suite is located downstairs and looks out onto the pool. It is beautifully decorated with lots of storage space and a multi channel TV set and video. The en-suite bathroom comes complete with towels, double vanity unit, wc, bath and separate shower. Your children will adore the Disney themed bedroom, All of their favourite characters are there including Mickey, Pluto and Winnie the Pooh. Other child facilities include a highchair, cot and bedding as standard. A toddler bed may be available on request. Finally the large games room is there to be enjoyed by all.
The villa, situated in Lindfields is just 4 miles away from Disney World main gate and is well positioned for all of the parks and attractions that the Orlando area has to offer. Situated just off of the 192 highway in Kissimmee, this villa is easily accessible from Orlando International, Sanford and Tampa airports. Despite its close proximity to the theme parks the villa is situated in quiet surroundings with mature landscaping. It is truly a relaxing area to take a holiday. A Publix supermarket is just over a mile away and there is a glittering array of shops, restaurants and entertainments on the 192 highway all in close proximity. The villa is convenient to all the major shopping areas (including 24 hour openings), pharmacies and medical clinics. Lindfields is a well established community that continues to mature like a fine wine, over time. Close to Disney but just far enough to keep it's warm and enchanting welcome.
